Shipping & Returns Policy

Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive, we will keep you updated on the progress of your order and will let you know when it has been shipped. 

Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will inform you of any unexpected delay.

We currently ship to the UK and the EU.

Returns 

As a Brand and as individuals we are striving for zero wastage, we believe it’s a shared responsibility with our customers, so, whilst we accept returns, please consider your purchase. We want you to love your ANiiC piece, we want you to treasure it, and we want you to wear it often. We recommend checking your size using our sizing chart to ensure we all get it right the first time.

You can return your products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus postage charges. The returns will only be accepted if the items are in perfect condition, unworn, and must have the tags attached. You can also request to exchange for a different size, this is subject to availability. You are responsible for the cost of the return. Please email us at hello@aniic.co.uk to initiate your return.
